Key Personnel
Jimitias Musiiwa (Managing Director)
J.M, who plays a pivotal role in the Technical Department is a qualified Electrician trained in a generation power station and qualified as Heavy current Electrician 15years ago. He has vast experience in electrical maintenance having worked for ZESA for more than a decade. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours degree from the University of Zimbabwe and a certificate in Applied Information Technology (UZ) and also an Executive Diploma in Business Leadership (ZIM).
Smart Chikwata (Lead Projects Manager)
He plays a pivotal role in both electrical and mechanical engineering. He is a qualified electrician in the Distribution Network. He is a holder of B Tech Electrical Engineering and has both certificates in mechanical and electrical engineering, making him the most balanced team leader in our organisation. He has vast experience in cable jointing from MV to HV cables up to and including 132kv.
He has a Diploma in General Management from (ZIM). He worked for ZPC for 3 years and then joined a consulting company in South Africa and later joined our company in 2009. He has experience in the construction of substations, maintenance and inspection of HV lines up to 132kv.
Miedzo Musiiwa (Operations Manager)
Miedzo joined the company in 2013 as the Operations Manager. Prior to joining the company he worked for the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) and Zimbabwe Power Company (ZPC).He holds a Diploma in Project Management at University of Zimbabwe, Occupational Safety Health and Environmental Management attained through NSSA. He is also studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Business Management
Chenjerai Tsatsi (Accounts and Administration Manager)
Chenjerai joined the company in 2013 as an Administrator. Prior to joining the company he worked for various financial institutions including Kingdom Bank Private Limited, ZB Asset Management and Fidelity Life Assurance.
He graduated from the University of Zimbabwe with a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree. Currently he is a finalist of the Association Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is also studying towards the Master of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance with the National University of Science and Technology.
David Mudimu (Contracts and Business Development Manager)
He graduated from the University of Zimbabwe with a BSc. Hons (Civil Engineering) in 1986, and started working for Costain (Africa Ltd). After 2 and half years, he was seconded to a design firm as a trainee Structural Engineer for a period of two years. He went back to Costain and worked for a further five years. In 1994 he joined the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority as a Civil Projects Engineer.
He rejoined Costain as a Contracts Manager in 1996. He left Zimbabwe in 2000 to go to the UK where he worked for 7 years as a freelance construction professional before relocating to South Africa in December 2007. Upon return to Zimbabwe in May 2012, he joined NMC Consulting Engineers and worked in various Civil Engineering Projects before joining Badore Engineering in 2014.
